You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use it unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, or copy or republish its content except as allowed below or by law. We aim to keep the website available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.
3. Fictional content and no affiliation
Football Sporting Director 27 is an independent fictional football management simulation developed and published by Umbrella Weather Ltd. Clubs, players, competitions, logos and other in-game entities are fictional unless expressly stated otherwise. Football Sporting Director 27 is not endorsed by, affiliated with, sponsored by or officially associated with any real-world football club, league, competition, governing body or player.
4. Intellectual property
The Game, its code, design, artwork, text, fictional names and data, the FSD logo and the content of this website belong to Umbrella Weather Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may view this website and save or print pages for personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution or adaptation requires our written permission. Content creators may record and share gameplay footage of the Game for non-commercial and ad-supported personal channels, provided they do not claim any affiliation with us.
Apple and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Google Play is a trademark of Google LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the platforms on which the Game is distributed.
5. The Game and app stores
The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Your download, any in-app purchase and your licence to use the Game are subject to the terms of the store you use, including its standard licence terms for applications, in addition to these terms. Purchases are processed by the store; see our Purchases & Refunds page. The Game is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You must not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or redistribute the Game except where the law expressly permits.
6. Disclaimers
The Game and this website are provided "as is". Descriptions of features refer to the Game as available at the time of writing and may change between versions. We do not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or run on every device. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 regarding digital content.
7. Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss or damage that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for business losses. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
