Who we are
Umbrella Weather Ltd ("we", "us") publishes Football Sporting Director 27 and runs this website. We are the data controller for any personal data described here. Company number 17288943. Registered office: 122 Lymington Avenue, London, N22 6JG. Contact: support@footballsportingdirector.com.
The short version
- The game has no accounts and sends no play data to us. Your saves are stored on your device.
- This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and contains no advertising or tracking.
- We only receive personal data if you choose to email us.
The website
This website is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising, social media plug-ins or embedded third-party content. It contains ordinary links to our social media channels and to Apple and Google; following a link takes you to that service under its own privacy policy.
Our hosting provider, Netlify, delivers the pages and may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested in its server logs for a limited period, for security and to keep the service running. We do not use these logs to identify visitors. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
When you email us
If you contact support or make a privacy enquiry, we receive your email address, anything you include in the message, and, if you send them, screenshots or device details. We use this only to answer you and to fix problems with the game. Messages are handled through our email provider on our behalf. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in supporting players, and our legal obligations where you exercise a data protection right. We keep support correspondence for up to [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 24 months] after the last message, then delete it.
The game
Football Sporting Director 27 is a single-player game. In the current version it:
- does not create accounts or ask you to sign in;
- does not contain advertising;
- does not include analytics, crash-reporting or tracking libraries;
- does not send your play data, saves or settings to us or to anyone else;
- stores your careers and settings on your device. If your device runs a normal backup (for example iCloud or Google backup), the game's data may be included in that backup under that provider's terms. We have no access to it. Deleting the game removes its data from the device;
- lets you export a save file that contains your in-game data only. It is yours to keep or share as you choose.
If you buy something in the game, Apple or Google process the purchase. We never receive your name, payment details or address. The game checks with the store whether the purchase belongs to your store account so that it can unlock what you bought; that check uses the store's own systems and identifiers, not personal data held by us. Apple and Google may collect data through their platforms (for example purchase history or crash reports you choose to share) under their own privacy policies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. The only organisations that process data for us are our hosting provider (Netlify) and our email provider ([EMAIL PROVIDER]). We may disclose information if the law requires it.
International transfers
Our providers may store data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on the UK's adequacy regulations for that country or on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and the game does not require any personal data to play. If you believe a child has emailed us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to give it to you in a portable form. Email support@footballsportingdirector.com with "Privacy" in the subject line. We respond within one month and may ask you to confirm your identity. There is no charge.

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. If a future version of the game starts collecting data, this policy and the game's store listing will say so before it does.
